| George is an Ayrshire lad and also an ex Ayr United manager so it is nice to see him getting the job. After leaving Somerset Park George must have thought that the Ayr job would be the last big team that he would manage and it looked that way with stints at provincial clubs like Ipswich, Derby, Hearts and Southampton. | |
